The Challenge

Catering requests were handled through phone calls and WhatsApp, with repeated questions about guest numbers, dates, menus and prices. Staff calculated portions, extras and service costs by hand, while order details were spread across messages and notes. Tunici Catering needed a clearer way to collect complete requests and calculate prices consistently.

Our Strategy

Rose Apple developed a mobile-first catering website and guided booking experience that brings the entire order into one flow. Customers choose their guest count, select a buffet or build a menu, add drinks, staff and equipment, and see an updated total as they go. The system saves progress on the customer?s device and gives the Tunici team a complete request to review and confirm.
